The file `hsnr-logo.png` is a generic placeholder graphic created for this
package. It does not depict any real institution's logo, and it carries
the same license as the rest of the package. Institutions that want their
own logo on the slides can replace this file (or supply their own PNG via
`\hsnrlogodatei{...}`) and recompile; see `beamertheme-niederrhein-doc.pdf`
for details.

Summary
-------
beamertheme-niederrhein is a generic beamer template inspired by the house
style of Hochschule Niederrhein (HSNR). It defines ready-made slide types
for lecture presentations: a title slide, a section-divider slide, ordinary
content slides with a source-citation line, and three image-slide layouts
(two, three, or four images sharing a single caption). Bibliographies are
handled through biblatex with the bibtex8 backend -- no separate biber
binary required.

Installation
------------
Via a TeX Live/MiKTeX package manager (once available on CTAN): simply
use `\usepackage{beamertheme-niederrhein}` in your own beamer presentation.

Manual: place the contents of this package (`beamertheme-niederrhein.sty`,
`hsnr-logo.png`) in a directory TeX can find -- either your personal texmf
tree (see `kpsewhich -var-value=TEXMFHOME`), or directly next to your own
`.tex` file.

Usage
-----
See `hsnr-example.tex` for a minimal starter template, and
`beamertheme-niederrhein-doc.pdf` (or its source
`beamertheme-niederrhein-doc.tex`) for full documentation of every slide
type with examples: title slide, section divider, content slides with
source citations and references, and the three image-slide layouts.

Compiling with a bibliography (four passes):

Note: the title slide, section-divider slide, and logo are positioned
using a TikZ overlay spanning the full page. This requires two compile
passes after any content change, since LaTeX only knows the exact page
size after the first pass.
